What is the normal turn-a-round time for bulk run business cards?
Generally the bulk run business cards take around 7 - 10 working days after you sign off to get printed and delivered to you. This is because the print process itself takes around 5-6 working days and delivery around 1-2 working days. We wil do everything possible to get your cards to you as soon as possible. We do suggest if you think you may run out of business cards in a month or so to order earlier rather than later so you don't ever run out. If you need your cards urgently, give us a call to arrange picking up your cards the day before rather than waiting for a courier.

What stock do you print on?
Our bulk-run business cards are printed on a premium 350gsm silk gloss artboard and we use gloss lamination (optional). All other print can be whatever stock you may require. Give us a call to discuss your options and work out an affordable rate.

Can we have our artwork on CD?
Multi-format CD's are available for purchase at your request. The CD contains your artwork in every possible format needed for every possible purpose (ie. tshirt printing, shop fronts, personal documents etc). Ask about our special package for purchasing business cards and your artwork CD at the same time.

What if we don't like the design?
At Business Cards Online we aim to please. If your proof doesn't come to you the way you hoped you are not bound to having it printed. Simply tell us what changes you would like and we do this at no cost to yourself.

Do you have package deals available?
The more you order, the more you save! Call us today to work out an affordable package deal that will enable you to have everything you need printed at once. This is especially cost effective if you are just setting up a new business.

Can you send out a rep to help us?
If you're not too sure what your best options are and you have a few ideas that you can't put down, why don't you request a rep to come out and visit you. This service is available in the Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula area and we are only too happy to fix up everything for you to make ordering as easy as possible.

What if I already have a card design?
If you already have a business card design on disk we request that you first have a look at our specifications for sending in your own artwork. If you don't have a digital copy of your artwork (only the card) we will still be able to replicate as best we can your current design.

Do you print in spot colour or CMYK?
Business Cards Online prints in CMYK (4 colour process).
